Excessive sweating.. from head?!
Question: Excessive sweating!.!. from head!?
I sweat profusely when I am uncomfortable or nervous in certain social situations!.!.!. but primarily from my head and chest!. My hair becomes soaked, the sweat runs down my forehead and face!.
Is this normal!? what can be don to prevent it!? I'm a good looking guy, a bit out of shape but not huge!.!.!. but I seem to have developed a fear of sweating in personal meetings, more and more its becoming a self fulfilling prophecy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First thing I would try is the herb sage!. Also watchout not to use those high powered anti-perspirants!. For me they just made things worse by blocking the lymphnodes!. What you are describing sounds like a form of Anxiety Disorder!. Talk to your doctor, or a psychiatrist, there are medications that may be able to help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think there actually is a condition with prefuse sweating!.i think they call it over active glands or something try wairing antiperspirant and talk to your doctor about over active sweat glands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are too self conscience!. Raise your self-esteem and I am positive that will stop!. If not, then check w/ your doctor!. You might have developed perspiration issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
