Question: I CANT SLEEP!!!!! mind helping me out guys!?
No, i can't won't and shouldn't take sleeping pills at 14 yrs old!.!. and I definitely can't go out at 2:30am and go buy something either (I'm limited on what i can do) I've already tried the TV thing any suggestions!? i got school in 3 hours!.!.!. I don't fall asleep during school but I've also never gone this long!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, I never read them so thats not true either-lol

Reading does help me fall asleep though, and I know it wont help you now, but stop drinking things with caffeine in them after 5pm (if you do)

maybe a glass of warm water (or milk!?)

chamomile tea is relaxing and it is used for helping people sleep sometimes, do you have any of that!?

another thing for myself that works is just turning the TV off and TRYING to go to sleep!. Think about something you wanna dream about and focus hard on trying to dream about it!. Even if you dont dream about it, you will have programmed your brain to shut down and go to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wear your body out during the day - exercise is a great motivator for sleepy eyes!. Don't drink sugary / caffinated drinks 2 hours before you would like to be asleep, and buy a CD to play while you are falling to sleep!. Some people like ocean / beach sounds, or storm sounds, but I like Coyote Oldman!. It's very soothing and will wipe me right out when I can't get the brain to shut down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink some really warm water or take a hot shower!. The change of temperature is supposed to help you fall asleep!.

Also write down any worrys you have and get your stuff ready for the day tomorrow, dim the lights and rest until you drift of to sleep!.

dude join the club, I've been an insomniac for a long long time!. I'm almost 20 now, so long as i can remember i've been a nightbug which turned to insomnia!.!.!.!.!. Now I work second shift and am up till 6am playing video games and watching tv!.!.!.!.waiting to start 3rd shift!.!.!. got any good drugs lol that might help!.!.!. haha just kidding dont resort to drugs then you get a dependancy!.!.!.lol sorry i cant help you much!. only advice i can give you is that maybe one day you can use ur insomnia to ur advantageWww@Answer-Health@Com

Insomnia sucks, but exercise is your ticket!. Do something that's going to wear you out physically!. TV only fries your eyes!. Tonight you're screwed!. Read a book or do some homework or something like that and prepare for a long day tomorrow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you hungry it is harder to go to sleep so get something in your stomach!. but even if you aren't hungry drinking milk/eating a slice of cheese i hear makes you fall asleep!. Many nights ive had a night like yours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have found that they best way to get to sleep is to jerk off before you go to bed!. It will exhaust you and your body will want to rest!. Try it for a week and let us know how it goes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im like U !. Just take a hot and warm shower and dont drink coffee alot !.
drink some tea instead at the after noon!. If you exercise you would be sleepy in 9 oclock!. exercise alot ,

Watch some boring tv and that will bore you because everything in the morning is so crappy on tv unless you have cable then you are screwed!Www@Answer-Health@Com
