Answers:
You're experiencing a twitch!. A recurrent twitch that occurs in the same place every time may be evidence of a nerve issue; a pinched nerve is possible, although that usually causes pain as well!. It's possible, but unlikely, it could also be a brain problem!. But unlikely, okay!? Don't let my words freak you out!. Alternatively, it might be a sign of nothing at all; I get, and have gotten, various twitches in different parts of my body, for as long as I can remember - and I haven't died yet!. It is almost certainly not due to a blood clot!. If you don't experience any other odd symptoms then you are free to completely discard that concern!.

If you're really concerned, you should see a doctor!. However, I am pretty sure you are not going to keel over tomorrow due to this!.

By 'kangos soar' I think you mean canker sore!? These are almost never a sign of something serious, so don't worry about it!. These come from either biting yourself, or a breakout of the herpes virus that causes cold sores!. About 80% of people have this and most of them get it as children, through innocent contact like hugging or kissing on the cheek!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you possibly have a pinched nerve somewhere that is causing the vibrating movements!. I don't think it has anything to do with your gums!.
You might consider seeing a doctor for the nerve problem and a dentist for the dental problem!.

Good Luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds seriously enough that you should see a doctor that you should see your doctor and dentist both!. Don't play games with your health or wait around any longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
