How can I reduce sweating on my backside?!

Question: How can I reduce sweating on my backside!?
!.!.!. and when I say backside, I mean from the back of my neck down to my butt!. I am not a really sweaty person at all; my armpits don't sweat too bad unless I'm really doing strenuous activity for a long time!. But I've been getting serious swampass and even swampback recently and I might not be doing anything strenuous at all!. It doesn't even have to be hot or humid!. Sitting down is what makes it the worst, but I'm not a couch potato or anything!. I spend more time up than down!. It's getting pretty annoying and I felt I needed to ask because I just sat down to check my email and answer some questions and already I have swampass and swampback!. Is there anything I can do to stop or reduce this besides putting antiperspirant in unpleasant areas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sure, there are a few things to try!.

One, circulate air where you are!. Use a small fan, year-round, to keep the parts prone to sweat self-cooling!.

Natural fibers!. No clothing that's more than 10% nylon, polyester, rayon, etc!. You want 100% cotton underwear, no artificial fiber at all, both shorts and T!.

Look for no-iron cotton shirts if you have to dress for work!. Suits should be wool, silk, or linen!. Yes, they cost more!. They'll also last for years, so buy classic cuts!.

Don't let your back or backside rest against any surface that can't breathe for very long!. Consider a mesh desk chair, a beaded or mesh car seat, etc!. Avoid leather furniture!.

Use an antibacterial soap, so that even if you get sweaty, the bacteria which cause odor won't get as good a start!.

Consider two showers a day, the second one a quickie with just suds on a sponge!.

Try unscented baby powder or another body powder containing cornstarch or talc on your skin or between the cheeks, to absorb moisture!. Works on baby butts, why not yours!?

I can't imagine trying to put antiperspirant on my back!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some Gold's Bond powder and avoid heavy, clingy clothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
