Question: What is the best home gym worth the money!?
I was thinking about the Bowflex, but I have read it sucks!. I want to know if I can buy a great home gym for under $2000 that would actually be any good!.!. It would be even better if it was only $1000, but whatever!. Any information would be good!. What is the best home gym in your opinion!?

The new Bowflex revolution XP!. I have the original Bowflex revolution and I think it is great!. But when I see the comercials for the new Bowflex revolution, it looks even better than the original!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You really need to do some extensive research on this - or you will end up paying for something you seldom use!. If the 'basics' gets the job done without all the little extra's they try to push off on you - don't go for the extra frills that you may not ever use - and save money!. Go to AOL Search - type in - Scott H!. Young's Weighlifting For Beginners - read the information on that website to get insight on what you may or may not need as far as the equipment is concerned!. well,, i dunno about the home gym!.!.!. but i do know that the bowflex selecttech 552 dumbell set is GREAT!.!.!. you can easily rep train and change weight with the push of a button!.!.!. fantastic!.!.!.
