Question: Why do guys always try to bump my shoulder!?
im in 12th grade and there is this one boy who always tries to be in my way!. for example, in class once i was not even in his way but yet i felt his shoulder and arm rub against my shoulder and back!. he always is in my way if i get up to staple my paper or something or get a book, he was in my way so much that i completely bumped into this girl who was standing next to me!. (kind of embarassing)
also i always see him glancing and staring at me!.
this has been going on a long time!.!. but he has never talked to me what do i do!? i kinda like him but i dont know what is up with him!? what do u think i should do!?

Yup, he probably likes you!. If you want to break the ice, you could give him a dose of his own medicine, in a playful or obvious way!. (Like get in his way or "accidentally" bump him!.) Just make sure he sees you smile when you do it; he may be shy, and prone to being scared off, if he thinks you're mad at him or something!.
Of course, there's always the classic "have your friend ask his friend if he likes you" bit!. It's a cheesy but pretty functional way to find out what's going on!.

He likes you and wants an excuse to touch you!. He probably also thinks you're pretty, that's why he keeps looking at you!. But he's also scared!. He probably hasn't known many girls, and he's scared to talk to you or get to know you!. This behavior would be kind of creepy if he was an adult, but for a young guy it's kind of cute!.
I think you should break the impasse by taking the initiative!. If you like him, sit next to him at lunch!. Talk to him!. Ask him what he thinks about the latest, movie, rock song, sports team, comic book, car or whatever you can think of!. Ask him to have a soda with you!. Ask him to play a game of checkers, chess, tic-tac-toe, whatever!. He'll probably be grateful that you rescued him from his agonizing hesitation!. Don't be put off if he bolts from fear!. Try again and make friends!. Once he knows he can stand next to you without pretending to do something else, there'll be fewer embarrassing bumps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
