How can i lose body fat and not lose any muscle?!


Question: How can i lose body fat and not lose any muscle!?
I want to lose some of my stomach fat I have and I know to do that I have to run, But is their a way that I can still lift and run at the same time!? If i stop lifting weights and just run wont I lose some of the muscle I already have!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

LIfting weights will also help you!. It will cause your body to burn calories by requiring more energy, just to exist!. Bulk up, do cardio, and you'll look great!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't _have_ to run to lose weight!. You need to use more calories then you eat!. Period!.

You might want to do cardio after weights, since it will trigger the 'build muscle' hormone more then the 'get scrawny' hormone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep exercising!. The body metabolizes fat before muscle, so as long as the muscles remain active, you shouldn't lose much muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
