Question: I'm 14, is it okay to do that leg lifter at the gym!?
You put your legs under the leg lifter thing and then you just go up and lift it!. Is it okay!? Will it stunt my growth!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay with lighter weights and more reps!. Don't do heavy weights, as it is tough on your bone growth area and terrible for your knees!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
