How long would it take me to get in shape/lose weight?!


Question: How long would it take me to get in shape/lose weight!?
I am 196lbs (14stone) male!. I play football one day a week, for 30minutes in a league!. I am wondering how long people think it would take not only to lose weight but more importantly become healthier!? I ran 5!.4km last night with my friend, and was practically dying!. Does anyone have any routines for someone whos only exercise is that and downing pints in under 5 seconds!? I would say I have little to no muscle, and mainly fat!. I am by no means obese but I am at the point now where people go "oh your not fat" but in your voice you know they are calling you fatty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to continue jogging every morning!. 3miles and work up to 5 miles!.
You need to sweat hard, and do cardio 5 days a week!. You could do weights one day a week or two, until you burn your fat!.

Once you loose the fat, then you can tone by lifting weights 3-4 days a week and still do cardio 3-4 days per week!. This should only take about an hour to 1!.5 hours out of your day!. It will be worth it, and once you begin the routine it becomes automatic and easy!.

You need two eggs and toast for breakfast, light lunch with protien and veggies, and light dinner, maybe fish or chicken with veggies!. Drink lots of water, and some orange juice and always throw in a grapefruit at one of your meals or between meals!. One graperfruit a day will help burn your fat and keep you full!.
