They are hardley noticable, I have to strain to see them most of the time!. my question is whether women will notice, or even care!. Ive heard up to 30% of men have them!. Is there a way I can get rid of them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They won't notice unless they really looking hard (which generally when your in that sort of situation they won't be)!.
It is caused when the path from the sweat glands to the outside breaks and then gets blocked between the living and dead skin on the surface, and usually occurs after puberty when guys start sweating more!. It happens down there cos the skin is much more fragile!.
If you see a dermatologist they can prescribe you with really expensive creams that probably won't work (they are for acne but it can irritate the skin - and like I said they probably won't work cos this problem is different to acne)!.
If it really bothers you you can get a really sharp sterile needle, puncture the skin and then pop them out!. If you do it properly it won't hurt because like I said it is between living and dead skin and you should only have to puncture the dead skin!.
but I wouldn't worry cos alot of guys get it, they don't hurt or are detrimental to your health in anyway, and they will eventually fall out on their own (although they'll probably be replaced by more)!. And yeah, chicks won't notice and by the time they do they won't care!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I heard more men than that, don't worry they are common and not very noticeable, most women shouldn't notice or care!. I've seen them before, no big deal!.
