Could anyone answer this question about building muscles?!

Question: Could anyone answer this question about building muscles!?
OK!. I am 20 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall and only weigh 48kg!. I think I am an ectomorph which is a person who is naturally thin and gains weight hard!. So what I am planning to do is build some muscles to look better!. So here's my question!. I've heard advice that says to build muscles you need to eat a lot besides working out!. Lately I've been finding it hard to eat a lot of food so if I don't eat a lot but I work out, will the muscles grow!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I'm an ectomorph, too!. I started at 46kg at 5'11" now I'm 84kgs with low body fat!. So don't think it's not possible for an ectomorph!. Yes, you're right, diet is 70% of building muscle and 30% working out!. I've been bodybuilding for a few years now and I still find it hard to eat the 6-8 meals a day!. So, what I do is make a giant milkshake of the morning and put milk; eggs; protein powder; honey; oates and a banana in it!. I replace it with 2 or 3 meals!.

To answer your other question, no, you won't grow - you'll actually lose muscle!. I found that out the hard way then I first started out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Short answer, yes though possibly a *little* less!. You don't need to totally pig out anyway, you just need to eat a little extra to give your body something to build with!. As far as diet, two things matter for building muscle:

1) Protein!. Not as much as you can take without throwing up, just ~1g protein per pound bodyweight per day!. Little more, little less won't make much of a difference!. Your body simply can't use more than that at once!. Dairy, soy, meat, beans, nuts, eggs, whey- all good sources!. A quick google search gives you exact values, but if you have some source of protein with every meal (+- a protein shake after a workout) you'll be fine!.

2) Fuel!. You need carbs, and a little fat, to give your body the energy to work hard, and to provide energy for building new tissues later!. Again, no need to stuff yourself, just add a little more when you can!. Particularly prior/post workout, as exercise burns off your reserves and gets your body thinking conservation rather than growth!. Make sure you eat balanced; you need those vitamins and minerals to keep everything running smoothly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get on a good workout routine, maybe get a trainer!.
Remember when you do any weight training your muscles will need adequate recovery to be ready for the next workout, and this includes eating the right foods which are high in protein!.!.basically several meals throughout the day,you cannot grow (gain muscle mass & size) without the proper fuel for recovery!. You don't get bigger and stronger when your in the gym this all happens when you are resting and recovering from your previous workouts!. and don't over train!.!.this is a very common mistake I hear from people trying to gain fast, they don't see results quick enough and try to fix this by working out more and more, you need to concentrate on proper lifting techniques and make sure you eat right and get proper rest/sleep, you will soon be able to tell when you have fully recovered and when you haven't!.If you concentrate on proper techniques and diet you will see these gains come very quickly!. So my main advice to you is eat well, proper training without over training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get on dinanabols they will solve all your problems mate!.!.ok its a steroid but if u cycle it you will get no side effects long or short!.!.20ml a day 8weeks on 8weeks off!.!.!.!.its super hard to bulk up man for some on like you i have been working out for 3 years hard and i have gotten bigger not much tho i eat heaps as well!.!.!.!.i have great tone tho!.!.!.!.!.i turned done steroids but my friends did not and they are huge and healthy as long as you cycle it mate i assure you you will be fine!.

no matter how much protien you take in your body can only use so much so it wont realy make a big dfferenceWww@Answer-Health@Com

You probably won't gain them as efficiently!.
When you work out - muscles tear and rebuild!. That is how they
get bigger!. For that you need a really good nutrition, for all the right cells to work the same way

I wouldn't recommend working out on a low nutrition diet!.
That would be asking for deterioration of muscle tissue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ummmm depends just u know stay fit work hard b cuz am 14 going on 15 and am 5 11 150 pounds so like am pretty jacked and all i did was go to the gym with ppl i knew or just by my self n like i just started gaining alot of muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

For the most part you'll get only definition and that will be very temporary so if you eat only a little try eating very protein rich foods!. That will help build the muscle and keep it on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, but you will build more muscle with more protein intake!. Go to your local health food/vitamin store and get a protein shake mix!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been in the situation like you and I only weighted 45 KG two years ago and then I'm now almost 60KG!.

What I did is what you're going to do!. I build up my muscles and I eat a lot!. The reason why you need to work out hard but also keep eating foods is that you need to absorb the protein from the foods!. Protein is really helpful in building muscles because it is what makes our muscles and to even get them become stronger and bigger!. So if you only work out hard but don't eat much, it's hardly for you to grow muscles!.

Just keep eating, but stay away from foods like French-fire, pizza, and anything that will turn "fat" into your body!. If you don't know what kind of foods with high protein, you can always search for it online!. Foods like chicken, beefs, nuts, tuna are really good for muscle building!. And you can also consider having whey protein shake after you work out!. Brand doesn't matter, they are all the same but here's one more thing that I want to remind you, don't do steroid and cretine, coz they're really bad for your health!.

Hope I helped and all the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
