hetero assuming: not really!. although, most people would think a woman with an intact hymen who's performed oral 100x isn't exactly a 'virgin' in the strict sense (there aren't a lot of these, so this is a mostly silly hypothetical example)!. if you're a man, penetration is generally requisite!.
