I'm 13 and I think I've got a smegma/glans problem!. I can now FINALLY retract my foreskin fully over the head of my penis without it hurting and have noticed a small buildup of this sort of hard white stuff I think is smegma!. The only problem is my glans is really sensitive and I can't really touch it!. I've managed to wash most of it of with just plain warm water which is good but I've noticed the smegma is stuck to the foreskin!. It's starting to hurt when I clean it I don't know what to do!. The smegma doesn't smell which is a plus but I'm afraid it might have gone down my shaft a bit!. Any suggestions!.!.!.!? I don't think it's serious enough to go see a doctor about I just need some advice!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've been handling this correctly so far, and understand that lots of uncut guys have to deal with this!. Keep doing what your doing and it will get better!. The sensitivity is to be expected - your glans has never been exposed, it's always been protected by your foreskin!. The more you clean and handle it, the less sensitive it will become so that you will be able to tolerate a proper cleaning!. Try rubbing in a little baby oil and that may help the smegma break free!. Some mild soap won't do any harm to the glans and would help to clean the smegma better!. You could also take a cotton bud, apply a little bit of liquid soap and try to remove the smegma that has been seated under the fold of the skin!. The pressure jet from the shower head could also remove from the tricky folds but since the glans is still very sensitive, perhaps you won't be able to try this techniques!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Smegma is directly related to having a foreskin!. As long as you have a foreskin then you will have smegma!.

To answer your question, the smegma didn't go down the shaft; the foreskin ends right below the glans and the skin of the shaft is sealed off!. There is a simple, albeit fun, solution to cleaning off your smegma!. As you know, it tends to cake in the most irritating of areas, and you said you were fine just washing what you could off in warm water!. So here's how to clean it all!. Just masturbate with the foreskin up, and be sure to massage the areas where the smegma is caked up the most, this'll break it up some and loosen it!. Then after you're done, just retract the foreskin and rinse off the smegma that you loosened, that should do the trick pretty well!. That's as simple as it gets, and it's a cleaning method that involves having a little fun to, so have at it!. If there's still trouble areas, try getting an oily lubricant and coating your fingers in that so you can wipe off the smegma without experiencing too much sensation, that also should work well; If you need something to use, try a veggie oil or any store bought pleasure oils!.
