there is a failure rate in all statistics!. you will never see 100% on anything!. even a vasectomy like i have is only 99% effective becuase every once in a blue moon one fails, either due to unexpected regrowth or an impropperly done procedure!. nothing is 100%Www@Answer-Health@Com

theres always that chance that they MIGHT break!. if they say 100% and the condom breaks then people will say, "i thought you said these were 100% guaranteed!?" Www@Answer-Health@Com
