I am 26 years old, i got married a year ago, now me and my wife have planned to have kids ,i use to consume liquor regularly and smoke regularly since eight years,please give me a suggestion can i have a healthy baby having these habits or else what should i do to have healthy baby,does it effect my wife and the kid!.!?
should i quit all these habits,if so,how many days should i quit!.any safe tips to have sex with my wife to lead a healthy life!.please suggest me what should i do!.please!.am worried!.!.!.!.!

Well!.!.!. It is safer to stay at least couple months from smoking, as body needs time to remove all its wastes from itself!.
Alcohol by-products is removed from blood stream in a week or so, though it is more important for the pregnant woman stay away from alcohol, at least large amounts of it!.
Semen is fully re-generated in 70 days or so!. So, to become fully clean you need to stay away from smoke for 5-6 months and from alcohol at least couple weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to have kids, what kind of dad are you going to be drinking and smoking!?
The thing that helped me stay off the cigs was nicorette microtabs!.!. they are the only thing that works, forget patches forget inhalers!.
I'm 28 and I don't have kids yet but I still gave up drinking by the time I was about 19 becuase i knew if I carried on my organs would be in a pretty poor state by now!.
Basically, in 10 or so years your going to have a child who wants you to do things like play sports and things with them and you will be gasping for air!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
