You're experiencing what's known as Pseudofolliculitis Barbae!. It is very common in black males who tend to shave with a regular razor!. Though you are doing mostly everything you can to prevent them here are a couple suggestions!.
- Shave only every few days to once a week with a regular razor or use an electric razor or clippers instead!.
- Wash your face with a good face wash that contains benzoyl peroxide!.
- While in the shower, take a warm wash cloth to wash your face instead of your hands!. This also breaks open the bumps without squeezing at them (making them worse)

While a few bumps you could probably get away with shaving over, it would be best to wait until it heals!. Hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Shaving over them will only exacerbate the problem!. Have you tried using a depilatory!? It's a cream you spread over the hair, then wipe off!. It gets rid of the hair and you don't need a razor!. There is actually a product made especially for black men called Magic Smooth (Cream) from Soft-Sheen Carson!. It's in the ethnic products section of practically every store like CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart, Target!. It cost about $5!. Hope that will help you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
