Though I don't know how it feels, I know it can be very painful for a guy!. I don't usually knee or kick a guy in the testicles unless I really feel it's necessary!. I can only imagine how you feel, for the testicles are extremely sensitive and tender, especially during puberty and when tremendous force such as a knee or foot hit them on purpose or accient, I've heard it makes you want to regurgitate, but this is the closest I can get to describing it!.
