How Long will it Take for me to get Big/Hench(Muscular) ?!


Question: How Long will it Take for me to get Big/Hench(Muscular) !?
Hi i have just turned 16 and i am 174cm tall (5`9")!. I weight 60kg (132 pounds)!. I have a high metabolism rate, so if i try to gain weight by eating alot, i can never succeed!. It seems that my Body only gains weight when it needs to!.

Ok so down to the real part, i have just strating weightlifting, however i do not go to the Gym!. All i have is a Barbell, Dumbells and a Curl Set of all differerent weights!. I do not really have a routin so if someone could help me out with that to Please!. So what i usually do is Chin ups and Pull ups about 3-4 times week (I can do 15 of each) I Do Curls witht the Dumbells of 7 Kilo, i do about 25 reps and i do this twice a week (i Think it helps for the Bisceps and triceps), I Do 8 minute abs training 5 times a week (and i have seen a very quick change in my abs visability) I also do barbell curls around twice a week!.

I am trying to target my;

Abdominals
Back
Shoulders
Arms (Biceps/Triceps)

So if you could please tell me what types of exercises i should do for the different muscle groups and also how many times a week should i do them and what muscle groups should i be doing together!? I really do not know any of this!.

So my aim is to look big, you know most girls like boys being big rather than average or small and that kind of my only problem i am too thin, What i would like to ask is how long to you think it would take for me to look a little big (not too much like the people at Gyms) so my arms do not look so thin, and so i would look more wide on the arms!. (I have been lifting 5 kg dumbells and i have seen that in a short period of time i have got used to heavier ones (just to give you a rough idea of maybe how my muscles work) Sorry for asking for too much but also it i take whey protein how many times quicker will it be more than the normal way without taking supplements!.

break dancing is the best exerszie ever is moves your body around in positions natually all your own body weight and it takes alot of strenght there are many steps you take to get strong from break dancing, there are break dance veidos on youtube, no leg push ups, and all type of cool breakdancing things that is SOSOSO SO sexy and makes u really strong too!. so thats the best thing to do :) also hanging from a pole sideways for a few mins stright, and flips and stuff, do that stuff!. u also need to take breaks to eat and your body needs to get used to eating alot also, so u cant exersize 24 - 7 , u gota get used to eating alot, keep trying to eat more each time, and u gota rest your self, just lay there and be still to let your body rest so it can want food just to stay awake, then eat and eat and eat, eat, eat, eat a whole day, then the next day, exersize all day long, try that, cuz u gota be able to eat alot, and u gota rest your muscles so they can grow, but u should always have pain in your muscles, but being nausus is part of getting in shape, u will get over it eventually, but u gota eat so u can get used to eating, i have had problmes like this also where i couldnt eat enough cuz i was nauses cuz i exersized all day long everyday but that isnt healthy cuz i gota take a break and eat too! u gota eat alot of healthy food and drink lot of water!. it will prolly take u a year to be satified with yourself, cuz i like guys to be really strong but not really defined, just in good shape and i like some fat on the the guy and big muscles and the guy haves to have a big strong butt and legs too dont forget about u have to get your whole body so break dance!. u gota fully commit to getting your body right! :) im proud of u that u trying:) i like them really big and strong, but i like some fat in there too, not a beer belly or stuff, well i kno i think i kno your body is not a beer belly, so dont drink beer or do anything unhealthy!! and your exersizees your doing plus any other exesizes good too, just break dancing looks erally good and u gota break dance! its so sexy!. running is good too!.
