Questions about kegel exercises?!


Question: Questions about kegel exercises!?
I was interested in the kegel exercises however I was surprised at how unclear their instructions were!. Exactly where is your PC muscle!? It said that you will feel it when you stop peeing midway, however I tried it and all I found was that it gave a lot of pressure to my penis itself!. Is it behind the anus, or in front of the anus!? I would like a clear understanding of its location, thanks!.

Also, exactly how do you do the exercises!? Do you simply urinate and stop halfway!? I found no pressure besides the penis itself!. Is this what it is supposed to do!? It says "flex" and "contract" the PC muscle, but how do you do this!? How often should I do it!?

Answers:
You need to sit on a hard chair and then pull back the muscles as though you are trying not to pass urine or pass wind!.
It is infront of the anus nearer to your pelvic bone!.
Keep doing this and hold for 30 seconds each time!.
Do up to 40 repetitions and you will develop stronger urine flow as you develop your pelvic floor muscles!.

i think kegel exercises were invented for women!.
pelvic floor muscles relax after child birth:did you give birth!?
you can do this exercise when you drive a car, watch TV:clench the muscles in your butt at every red light and hold til the light changes!
it will also contract the muscles that you use for peeing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to be in the act of urinating!. Just squeeze and let go of the muscles you would to stop the flow of urine!. Do a few repetitions at first, work your way up to as many as you like!. You can do it any time since no one can see!. You will notice better control over your orgasms and better shooting distance in about 5 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Youre suposed to flex the same muscles that you use when holding your pee!. Do it for like a few seconds or something, then relax, and then do it again over a period of like a half hour!. A good time also to do this is at red lights lol just dont be staring at the blonde on the sidewalk for too long or you might blind yourself!.!.!.!.spraying your load on the windshield is never good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
