Of course it's going to hurt and feel tight for quite a while!. Even after the initial wound heals, the area of the removal is going to continue to be sensitive, and it will take a while to get used to the tightness of the skin that remains to you!. Now that you have less skin to work with, you will have to be more careful with the stroking motion!. Go slower and easier!. It is perfectly normal for it to still remain tender as it has only been 18 days!. Plus the fact that you have also been used to masturbating for however many years when you had your intact foreskin!.
