Answers:
You have most probably torn the frenulum!. If it is not bleeding and painful, then no need to worry about!. It would heal in a few days!.

Make sure you wash your penis after you pee and dry with a towel immediately after so as to prevent any kind of infection in the wound!.

I would suggest that you apply loads of moisturiser cream on the wound!. I would recommend that you do not masturbate for a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep it clean with mild soap and water!. Peroxide is actually a bad idea because it will irritate the wound!. Wash it daily and apply something like neosporin on the cut!.

You shouldn't need to go to the doctor's unless it gets infected, so don't worry too much!.

Don't masturbate until it the cut area is no longer sore!. This might take a week or longer!. And in future, don't go dry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep putting peroxide on it and put bacitracion on it!. your gonna have to do without masturbating!. heck, the longer you wait the better your orgasm will be when your done!. id say about a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It only makes sense!. Just like a cut anywhere else on your body, you avoid rubbing or pulling on it until it heals!.
I know it might seem impossible, but I've actually lived through 3 days of not masturbating once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just masturbate with a lubricant i no your only 14 but im 16 and i use vaseline so that helps try to tone it down a little ya knowWww@Answer-Health@Com
