Question: Is it ok to shave leg hair for guys!?
im on a track team and run everyday!. i see people on my track team shave there legs and put tape on!. what is the reason most track people shave and put on tape!? what is the tape called anyways!? please don't put something like they shave because they are gay!. Why do they shave their legs for track!? thanks!. Do they also do it for better hygiene!? how do i explain shaving my legs to my parents!? im a guy not a girl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

pretty sure only two types of guys shave their legs!.!.!. track runners, and swimmers!. it's normal, and has to do with being faster and though im not sure what the technical process is, it also has something to do with your sweating!.!.!.

I know swimmers shave to help their swimming ability - creates less drag in the water!. I would suppose shaving their legs for track might give them a little more leverage & less drag during running!. The tape could be helping to stabilize their ankles to prevent injury!. Why haven't you bothered to ask any other team member!? Don't worry about your parents!. Why do you feel a need to explain!? Once you've done it, what are they gonna do, stick it back on with Duct Tape!? Just tell them the reason for it & let it go at that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
