Okay, something tells me you need to look at a ruler a little more before you just say a random number!. You probably saw around 3!.5 inches on him and the more accurate size for you!.

This is normal at your age, and yes, it will get bigger!. People start puberty at different times and go through it at different speeds!. You size it not unusual at your age!.
