Too many people like to use the excuse that it is healthy, but that isn't true, it's a nice thought, that people use when they want justification to masturbate!. Masturbation leads to premature ejaculation later in life; that isn't anything that I want! Masturbation has also been found to alter the chemicals found in your head, and that isn't in a good way!. Brain chemistry change!. Have fun if that is what you want, but when you find out later in life, PLEASE don't complain on Y! Answers that you just weren't aware of the side effects of masturbation!. You can't believe everything that you read, "Masturbation is healthy"-just because some doctors say---YEA RIGHT!
