People aren't against heterosexuality!.
People are against violence, and rape is an act of violence!. People are against harassment, and wolf whistling or other crude things directed towards women are harassment!.
Other than that, most people in the world are happy and accepting of the fact men have a sex drive!. Which is why most normal men have happy sex lives with their partners!.
I doubt women are constantly changing in front of you, but if they were, I'm sure they could accept it if you found it hard to turn away or got aroused, but you can control yourself from doing anything!.
