Hey mate, most guys your age are concerned about this (as am i at times) but you just have to not think about it mostly!. Its seems your penis (like your height) grows in spurts - e!.g!. Quarter way through this year i grew just under an inch in coming close to 2 weeks which is i mean penis length!.
Try not to think much about it but just know that you are still young and everybody hits puberty at different times you might just be a late bloomer!. I believe in average terms the size for your age is about 4!.5 - 5!.5!. BUT!.!.!. i have heard of people having much bigger or much smaller (yet the much smaller people probably don't talk about it much)!.
Also don't go on what your friends say theirs is, most likely they exaggerate it!.

You just need to wait but you can also try this technique called jelqing or jelquing!. But that's all I can advise you!. My brother's is 14cm and he's 13, but he hit puberty early, Don't ask me how I know this!. You just have to wait, it's different for different people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
