Answers:
You're probably like me - OCD!. It affects many highly intelligent people!. I count almost everything - the number of steps it takes to get from one place to another, the number of words in a song playing on the radio, etc!. I do it in my head so noboby really knows I'm doing it!. I also do a lot of things with time like timing how long a song will play on the radio or how many plays a football team can fit in before time runs out!. Make it a fun thing and don't let it control your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think lots of us use this method to help time pass a bit more quickly !. I use this method when driving on long journeys !. e!.g when I see a signpost that says a place is say 20 miles away I try to work out when I will pass there and see how close I am when I do
When younger and travelling by bus or in the back of a car we used to count different coloured cars , or look for number plates in certain sequence etc
I don't think you are going loopy , I think it is just part of human makeup to do such things Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, Sometimes I Do This Aswell So Im Sure Your Not Insane As I Am Not!. XD !. But I Dont Know Exactly What It Is But Im Sure If Other People Do It, Mabye Its Just A Habbit!.

Thanks!.
