Well if your vagina hung outside of your body, I'm pretty sure you would readjust it too!. lol I see girls readjusting their bra all the time!. So girls do it too!. It's not just guys!.
And sometimes our penis or our balls gets pinched by our underwear or it just gets in an uncomfortable possition and we have to move it!. And sometimes it itches!.

Embarrass them!? LOL
Don't you think that if we thought it were embarrassing that we just wouldn't do it!? The fact that we do it right out in the open where every one can see would certainly suggest we do not find it embarrassing!.
We do it because some times we need to adjust the angle of our dangle or we have an itch!. When some thing itches, it gets scratched!.

If they are young, it could be that they went to pee and left a little urine which causes itchiness, If they are talking about sex issues their reaction is to connect with the part of them that is sexual, in this case their penises!. Normal and unconscious behavior!. If they are uncircumcised then it can be that the underwear can get stuck on the tip of the penis creating sensibility until you remove the friction by adjusting it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
