im 14 years old 5'10 or 5'11 and i had the biggest growth spert ever!. i grow like 6 inches and 3 1/2 foot sizes in a year 1/2 years ago!. so again now im 5'10 or 5'11!. so do u think i could have another growth spert and be at least 6'3!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 6'3" and all i can say is that exercise, and eat, and always get a good night sleep!. These are the main contributors that make people grow throughout puberty!.
