Ok, well first thing I did was taking a Tylenol 3 hours ago and then took some vicks Nyquil to treat my cold!. Was this unsafe!?

you would need to take alot more than just that to damage your liver!. Don't worry about it!
Also, your liver can actually heal itself so even if You did cause the slightest bit of damage to it, it would be better eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow man your scared over one tylenol and some nyquil!.!.!.awwww you must be a good kid!. Dont worry about it, but dont make a habit out of mixing different drugs!. Plus the dosage was low !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
