Question: Can damage to the neck stunt voice change!?

Hi all, im 16 and i'll be 17 in 2 months!. My voice hasn't really changed to its deepest yet, but it cracks quite frequently!. I just remember a couple years ago i hit in the neck!. Is it possible that somehow my vocal chords were messed up and that's why my voice hasn't changed yet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
