I actually love a large adam's apple on a guy!. It's sexy and makes them look like a man!. When guys have a bit of stubble on their face then a large adam's apple it's really sexy!. You could get the adams apple shaved by a surgeon!. Many male to female transexuals do this during their transition!. Other than that there is not a thing you can do but either grow into it or forget about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
