How to work on bicep for great mass?!


Question: How to work on bicep for great mass!?
im 15 yo boy and im trying to work on my body ,but having trouble with it!.

ok normally im used 35 pound of dumbbells for bicep, its doesnt feel so heavie for me

but the problem is why my foreams and sholders buring!? i cant feel burning on my bicep when i doing dumbbell curlings!.!.
only my sholders and foreams buring!.!.!. why is that!?!?!?

also my biceps getting smaller, like my bicep was 15!.6 " and now its about 14!.4 "!.!.!. wtf is this!?!?!?

so i deside to do some diffrent exsersize, like concentration curlings!.!.


1!. when i do some concentration curling, bicep does really buring it means it will make my bicep bigger!?

2!. why my bicep getting so small after bicep workout!? of cource i get great pump while working out but after working out, it goes like so small

3!. i really cant feel burning after doing standing dumbbell curling, but i DO feel really buring after doing some consentration curlings!.

4!. whenever i feel burning on my bicep, it means im gaining masses!?

5!. if N0!.4 is right, then why my bicep getting small and small!?!?

6!. im running every 7:30 morning because i play football, and after i run, im ********* starving!.
so does starving make ur muscle smaller!?!?

i dont get it my biceps getting smaller and triceps getting bigger!.!.!.
im freshman i can bench 260 pound
so i dont have to worry about tricep!.!.right!?

If you already have a solid base (assuming you can really bench 260, then you do) and your biceps are a problem area, what you are doing is fine!. Focus on the biceps to make them larger and stronger!.

What you need to do is switch up the type of bicep exercise you do and only work them every 2 days!. Go for low reps at high weights!.!.!.say 10 sets of 3 reps each with 2 minutes rest between sets!. Drink a sugary drink (preferably a high sugar workout drink like "Surge" by biotest during and after your workout!.

Make sure you are eating plenty of food! The cardio you do in the morning is sapping your energy stores, and its a proven fact that strenuous cardio will actually lower your ability to build muscle to some degree!. You can help your case by eating lots of food!. At 15, it doesnt really matter what you eat!.!.!.just that you eat!. Try to get food every 2-3 hours all day!. Make sure to eat a healthy snack right before bed, like cottage cheese with fruit!. This will help your body rebuild while you sleep and prevent muscle wasting from fasting all night!.

Your muscles pump up when you work them!.!.thats because as you use them, they become vascular - meaning, they fill up with blood so the muscle has plenty of oxygen while you are lifting!. The pump disappears an hour or so, because the muscle is no longer working as hard!. This is normal!.

It is possible you are overworking your biceps if you are lifting every day!.!.!.this could actually cause your bicep to shrink!. Like I said earlier!.!.!. only work out every two days!.!.!.your body needs time to heal and get back to normal!. Follow a strict exercise schedule where you give yourself 48 hours to recoup before you work it again!. You will see noticeable gains in strength within a month!.!.!.size within a few months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your shoulders and forearms are burning and getting pumped in a bicep exercise, than that means you're using your shoulders and forearms to lift, and not your biceps!. Keep your back straight and up against a wall if it help you!. You probably need to lower the weight a bit if you need your shoulders and forearms to help you out!.

If your arms are getting smaller, that's probably due to overtraining or you just aren't eating enough!.
