Typical! First he's going to cause all that trouble then he wants out of his punishment as if he is some how exempt or something! Tell your friend this, "you do the crime you do the time"! The court system allows more resources for minors to rehabilitate themselves than adults!. Tell him to talk to his social worker about getting into an anger-management counseling program, and volunteering for any other psychological counseling that could help with his need to lash out at people!. If he shows a willingness and a motivation to get into a healthy relationship with the rest of society, instead of fighting everyone, he could reduce his sentence and probably access other programs to help get him back on track!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
