How to gained weight? HELP!!!!?!


Question: How to gained weight!? HELP!!!!!?
I need help to gained weight and what is the best way!?
Note: I weigh 60kg, height 178cm and age 25!.
I do eat a lot of junk food and healthy food, but i seem to loosing weight instead!. I know i have a high metabolism and its killing me that i can loos weight from doing exercise such as walking and running!.
the problem is, when i do exercise a once a week, I loose about 2kg!.
i can put on weight, but it want go as higher then 60kg and I feel like I'm underweight for my age!. my goals is to reach about 70kg!.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

In order to gain good weight you're going to have to build muscle!. Get on full body weight lifting routine!. You can look up different routines online!. You will want to really concentrate on squats!. They are the biggest muscles in the body and will give you the most weight increase!. Also doing squats at heavy weights will naturally boost your body's production of testosterone which will also let you build muscle faster!. You will need to be lifting 3 - 4 days per week!. Never lift the same muscles two days in a row!.

Eat loads of protein and carbohydrates!. You may lose weight at first but once you start putting on muscles you will gain it pretty quickly!.
