Uh, i dont know which picture you mean!. do you mean the 2nd picture or 7th!? It really depends on your age!. If you mean the 2nd picture, if you have went through puberty and it can only go that far back, then you have a tight foreskin!. If it is the 7th picture, your foreskin is fine, however your frenulum could be short not allowing you to pull it back anymore!.
If you are going through puberty you are still developing and it will probably go away naturally, you can do stretching exercises to speed this up!. Stretching exercises twice a day should be able to clear up most cases of a tight foreskin/phimosis!. Some might recommend circumcision, but it shouldn't be necessary, there are creams that can help as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you can reveal the head that much, then it isnt really phimosis, that goes back far enough really, with more stretching etc you may get it to go like the last picture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hmm I don't know really, but you should try pulling it back farther and farther everyday without causeing pain!. Also it depends how old you are!. I would talk to a doctor about it though!.

If your foreskin retracts that far already you will probably find - given a little bit more time and a little bit more stretching - that it will eventually go all the way back!.

if you can reveal the whole glans then it is not serious phimosis
