I just turned 13 and my right penis had started to get a lot bigger when I get a *****, but my left one stays kinda shriveled still!. Does anybody else have/had this problem and know of a way to fix it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that you mean testicles -- and one is normally larger than the other!. If you actually mean penises -- you are very lucky and apparently have an unobservant pediatrician!.
