IS it abnormal to have a black spot on my genital?!

its probaly a mole or freckle they will get red and irritated when rubbing up and down dont worry about it my 16 yr old boy has a bump on his which is more alarming than your case but dr said its very normal hormones can cause them and you are at that age ,4-get about it okWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its not likely to be anything harmful, you could wait a few days to see if it gets worst or goes away, but I would recommend getting it checked out anyway!. Black spots can mean cancer!.
I have heard a couple stories from some guys!. you NEEED to get to a doctor as soon as possible!.

lol, sounds like traumatic ecchymosis!. I wouldn't worry about, BUT it should go away after a week or so if you stop "traumatizing" it!.
