Question: I m very thin,short and have no power,what should i do!?
i m in 9th standard and i m very thin ,very shrt and have no power to hit also!.i m weak in study also!.i m slow in runnin and i hav a relay comin in 10 days!.what should i do!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat high protein foods like chicken, eggs, milk, red meat (not fatty meat) and drink between 2 to 3 liters of drinks a day!.

Start to exercise as it will build up your stamina and muscular strength!.

Don't worry, but eat healthily and exercise!.

When you said you are thin and short!.!.!.I feel this is not a shortcoming because you can't do anything about that!.Yeah ofcourse yoy can do things to improve your height till 18yrs!.Important thing is that whether you eat properly or you starve!.!.!.if you are starving then you are required to eat as much you are required to eat!.!.!.For being slow!.!.!.you need to practice running!.!.!.!.You want to do sprints don't you!?!.!.!.!.ok this is something you can start with!.!.!.Find some time in evening or morning!.!.!.!.I don't know how big your school ground is!.!.!.but what I recommend is 2 laps on a 400m track as warm up!.!.!.!.Important aspect of warming up is stretching!.!.!.so that you flex you muscles so that they are ready!.!.!.start with 50m or 60m sprints maximum because short sprints help to develop a lot of speed!.!.!.Do something like 6 x 60m or 7 x 50m to start with!.!.!.!.IMPORTANT THING : do stop when you feel like your muscles tweaking or twiching!.!.!.becaus ethey are an important signal of overdoing a workout!.!.You will certainly develop speed but I don't know whether that's good enough to compete because it is a span of only 10 days!.!.!.to develop power start with small exercises like push-ups and pull ups!.!.I don't recommend you to go to gym but if you insist practice exercises which would help to improve your athleticism instead of having a good body because you wanted to develop running speedWww@Answer-Health@Com

eat protein, like egg whites, only the whites, drink protein shakes, then start running everyday, jog until you absolutely cannot jog anymore, do this every day, then after words, do as many crunches as you can, then push ups!. then if you work with weights do pyramids of weight sets, specifically, bench, and squat [a pyramid is like 10 reps of a weight then 8 reps of a higher weight, then 6 reps of a higher wight then 4 then 2, each time you go down in reps go up in weight, then once you hit 2, go up to 4 again then 6 then 8 then 10, do this right after another the same day] then also lat pull downs, curls, shrugs, iron cross, dead lift, leg press, chainsaws, flies, and skull crushers, if you do all those it will work out good [if you don't know what those are ask someone at a gym, it would take me way too long to type it out] then do all leg stuff 1 day, then upper body the next, and keep alternating it, do not work the same part of the body 2days in a row, you will lose muscle, eat lots of protein before hand, and you have a half an hour after your done working out to get as much protein in you as you can!. good luck!.
