5!.5 inches is pretty close to normal and at 16, you may not be done growing yet, so there maybe some more length in store for you anyway!. Don't sweat it!.

If you are 16, then you are just about average!. Make sure that you are measuring it correctly also!. You measure from the top of the base (what you see when you look straight down at your erected penis) and measure that to the tip of your head!.
