Im a 18 year old male, I weight 180 and im 5'8!.
What is the averange calorie and calorie fat intake im supposed to be eating a day!.

Is there a chart that tells you thing for height, weight calorie intake!?

you can get up too 2,000 maximum that what the DV on the nutrition facts stand for anyways as long as you stay around 2,000 at least 1,000 you should be fine Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just eat a well balanced diet & skip the junk food & fast food joints!.
Get enough exercise to benefit your body!. Counting calories & reading charts, etc!. will drive you nuts trying to keep up with them - then you feel bad because you can't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is really no point in calculating the amount of calories for each food or drink because looking at it planning it out just makes you feel miserable because you don't want to gain too much calories while craving for it !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe you should be taking in 1200-1400 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
