Question: If you want to build more muscle, should you move the weight slow or fast!?
Answers:
if you want build more muscle you should lift weight slower , 1 rep should last 2-3 secs , when you are lifting it should be a bit slower than when you lower the weight down!. Wait 1 - 1 1/2 minute in between each sets!. i would recommend 4 sets , 1st set - 15 reps , 2nd set - 12 reps , 3rd set 10 reps , 4th set 8 or 6 reps !. Start with lower to higher weights!. Also set up a workout routine so you wont overwork certain part of your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
