Answers:
It's Kegel not Skegel!.

Kegels are the feeling you get when you "hold it" when you have to urinate or do #2, or squeeze those muscles without having "to go!."

Everyone can do them!. Its the tightening and releasing of these -- you can do 20 in a row and noone knows!.

You'll naturally do it when you do squats with a barbell!.

I don't think the soreness from bikeriding counts!. I think that's due to body weight and friction on the prostate and crotch when you're pedaling!. That's why people get bike shorts with the padding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wht you said is right!. You are killing them!. Bike riding on wrong type of seats will put the whole body weight on your perinium jamming that area and your pc muscles which is very unhealthy and can cause erectile dysfunction if you continue to do it for long term!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no way!. You are putting pressure on it!. It does not exercise itself!. Hubby does kegels regularly and he is a better man for it!. I would make my bike seat a little cushier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your pc muscles are tired, then yes, you've been doing kegels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
