First of all STOP YELLING!. Secondly, yes your friend is lying!. Almost everyone under 17 years old lies about their penis size, that's just a fact of life!. The overwhelming average for penis size is 6 inches (for grown men)!. It's highly unlikely (though not impossible) for a 16 year old to have 8 inches, let alone the majority of your friends!.
