Im uncircumcised and i can pull down all the way but im having trouble cleaning down there i run my penis under water and some of the smegma takes off but not all of it ANY TIPS on how to clean down there without it hurting to much (also when im hard its kind of hard to peel back because it feels like its to dry or something )Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your foreskin might be too tight!. Get hard and then get some baby oil or a lot of water and try pulling the foreskin back as far as you can without pain and hold it there for 5 mins and do that 2-3 times a day and that will help!. Try to get it so that you can pull it all the way down!. And if you just started pulling your foreskin down it might be sensitive for a while but you need to get in there and clean all the stuff out so just keep trying!. And don't use soap!.

can you pull the foreskin back all the way or not first!? if u can, slowly do so under running water and slowly wash off the smegma!. try no to use normal soap as this can irritate the glans!. don's force the foreskin back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
