Question: My Chest looks like breast, can anyone help me please!?
I am male 20, In my teen years, i used to exercise regularly!. Now i have stopped exercising from last 2 years, and now i am observing that my chest looks like breasts!. When i wear tight tshirts, it looks as if its a girls breast, the cheast has grown like breast!. It is soft and same like a girls breast!.
It looks very odd!. I am very embarased when i go in public!. I avoid gettng bare chest!. Can anyone help me to know what exactly is the problem or is it normal or there is some problem, If theres any problem, how can i get rid of it and make my chest look like normal chest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you hit the gym again, work on your pecs, incline and decline bar lifts/bench will help!. Though i don't know the exact scientific term for Man-Boobs, it's genetics!. If you can afford surgery then that's an option but why not hit the gym again, it's cheaper and safer!. Sure the gym requires hard work but it's worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
