3 sets of as many as you could do - push ups on the floor for pecs
4 sets of as many as you could do - curling the dumbells from seating position for biceps

IEssentially the best thing is to try different things yourself and fine tune what works for you both in terms of time commitments and rest periods!. One resource that I have found incredibly useful has been No-Nonsense Muscle Building which has provided a raft of useful information, workout plans and even suggested meal plans to assist with my training!.
