Answers:
It is normal for them to move on their own!.
Its the scrotum's "Self defence mechanism" basically, when something comes near them they automatically move away or adjust on their own to protect the testicles!.

Temperature can also cause the movement, the scrotum tends to move higher and lower to the body to keep the testicles at the optimal temperature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Imagine a small water balloon!. The texture of the inside of the scrotum and the outside of the testicles are so that the testicles move about freely inside of the scrotum!. The testicles are suspended by various tissues connected to the male's lower abdomen!. If the male pulls in his stomach or coughs, the testicles will be tugged & pulled upward!. Doctors check that this connection is healthy by grasping the testicles, asking him to turn his head, then cough during routine physicals!. If there's no tug, there may be an issue!. Testicles are made of yards of tubules all compacted in a very small oval shape!. Since the testicle constantly varies in firmness, if you attempt to hold it still, it'll slide through the fingers inside the scrotum sac, as if it was squirming around!. It's the consistency of the testicle, as well as the texture inside the scrotum sac, that gives you that idea it's moving on its own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
