Pregnancy isn't a disease that you can catch and sperm aren't bacteria!. They need to be deposited into the vagina where they can travel into the womb and meet an egg to fertilize it so that it start forming a bay!.
Fertilize means provide the second half of the necessary DNA for the egg to become a complete living cell that will divide and form a human being!.
There is no other way for pregnancy!. Sperm forms the smallest percentage of semen like maybe 5 % and the rest is made up mainly of lactose which is like milk sugar, sterile seline solution, zinc and a protein called albumin which is the same as egg white!.
Some Ladies like to take it in during oral sex as a gesture of Loving their husband or their man, and some find it part of their sexual excitement list of items

Need to learn basic biology!. Food and water go in the top, and are processed by the stomach and intestines!. Anything organic that can be used as food is broken down and either utilized or discarded as waste!. Liquid wastes are passed through the kidneys, solid waste out the back end!. Semen is mostly water which would be absorbed and used, any other components would be digested and the proteins used!. There is no way semen will survive in the stomach acids, for one thing, and secondly, the sex organs of the female are not connected to the digestive system!.
