Is there a way to prevent premature ejaculation?!

Question: Is there a way to prevent premature ejaculation!?

I am not sure if this classifies as premature ejaculation!. Generally speaking, does a guy gradually build a tolerance for busting a nut!?
For instance, their first encounter may be short, but over time gets longer!?

Embarrassingly, I finish too quickly!. I wonder if there is a direct correlation between your sexual experience and how long you perform!?

So, I am assuming 'practice makes perfect' - I got to practice more!.

Your input would be appreciated!.

Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As Kinsey proved beyond question -- over 70% of all adult men ejaculate in less than 2 minutes!. The idea of the 20 minute man, say nothing of the "all night" man is a totally made up myth!.

Yes, as you do it more, it will get slower and longer -- but remember those statistics!. Be sure that you really are premature, I rather doubt you are -- boys get false ideas of what is normal from rap and other things where men blatantly lie about their sexual prowess!. Premature ejaculation has been redefined to mean ejaculating before your partner is satisfied, but the original, and in my opinion correct definition is ejaculating BEFORE INSERTION!.

I suggest satisfying your partner (female or male if you are the insertive partner) by using your tongue and fingers and going to town down there BEFORE inserting!. Then they will be ready to orgasm, or will have already -- and you can relax and just enjoy it -- as boys should be able to anyway!.

The best way to increase your sexual stamina is the 'start and stop' technique!. You start off by masturbating normally (Without lubrication), but when you feel you're getting to 'the point of no return' stop and wait a bit, until you start to go flaccid again, then start back up!. Do this a few times a day (If possible), and when you can hold it for 2 to 3 minutes before the point of no return, then move onto the next step: with lubrication!. Do it until you can hold it for 3 to 4 minutes, then get your partner to do it to you, if they feel comfortable with it!. If they don't feel comfortable doing it, then go to your usual sexual activities!. (This doesn't mean that you should stop your usual sexual activities to do this!. The more practice the better!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you do build a kind of "tolerance"!.

The original cause of PE is anxiety!.

As you get older, you know more what to expect from sex!. Especially if you have regular sex with the same partner!.

There are less surprises about your own body and in a way it becomes routine, although still enjoyable :)

So, yes, practice will make perfect!. But remember that it is the anxiety that causes PE ultimately!. It is not any kind of physical oversensitisation - that simply does not exist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
